So… what happened was….

I won’t even explain all that happened. Suffice it to say that I am being much more deliberate in regular building and perforce check-ins. Also, doing something over and over provides experience and opportunities to do it better… right?

Moved to a blank canvas in Unreal 5.7, and I am focusing on the hard part first. I should have learned that lesson previously – but I am stubborn. It is hard to convert a single player game into a multiplayer one, so I am going to build this right from the start. I am getting better at migrating previous work and debugging it, at least.

Slow and steady. We are going to realize the dream, and it is going to be an adventure in itself along the way.

Also: Steam Advanced Seassions is a pain until you get the bugs out and get it going. I miss having more experienced engineers. That is all.
